All our orders will be shipped with a trackable delivery service. Please allow 5- 7 days for your package to reach destination country once your order is ready and is dispatched from our studio in Europe or Asia. Once your package reached your destination country and completed custom clearance, it will be handled and delivered by local delivery service partner and you will see further delivery tracking updates on our page.

We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase on all unpersonalised items, as long as it is in its original packaging and condition. As personalised items are created especially for you we are unable to accept returns or refunds on these items unfortunately. If a personalised item is faulty upon arrival we would be just as disappointed as you, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and an image of the received package and items and we will rectify any issues immediately.
